Airmid is part of a Triplet of Gods of the healing arts along with her Father Diancecht and her brother Miach. A common time to enact the complex mysteries of this trio is during Midsummer. A link to one such ritual is here. Diancecht is a scientific healer, who kills his son, Miach, keeper of the secrets of healing magic and herbs out of jealousy. Airmid attempts to guard the gifts of the Land sacrificed with her brother in trust even as they are sought to be relearned.
