Incense

"An Incense created to offer Airmid prayers for healing and teaching.

handful of fir needles
9 rowan berries
3 mistletoe leaves
handful of juniper berries
about 1 tbsp pine resin
about 1 1/2 tbsp fir resin

Grind this all together in a mortar and keep sealed in a jar. This burns nicely and has a fairly good scent. Juniper was used in the highlands for purification. Rowan is protective. Mistletoe was called "all-heal" by some of the Celtic peoples. Pine and fir were added because they felt powerful and appropriate, although the creator associates pine more with Miach than with Airmid."

-Erynn

Erynn states that she has had a long association with Airmid seeing her in close association with a colour of light green a teacher of mysteries of herb lore both for magical and mundane uses. Airmid has been seen as a Irish Goddess of Witchcraft. She can be sometimes seen as sharing the role of Gatekeeper with Mananna/n mac Li/r. He opens the gates, but Airmid shows us some of the keys.

Erynn if you ever read this and have a site to link it too let me know wonderful information thank-you
