Week 7 Scores

American Looney 89
WhoDey 64

LaDainian Thompson of the Looney ran roughshod over WhoDey
this week. He had 35 points in the victory. QB Drew
Bledsoe had 29. The Baltimore defense led WhoDey with 19
points. The Loons are within reach of .500 at 3-4. WhoDey
drop below .500 to a similar 3-4.

West Texas Mustangs 133
Outlanders 89

In this battle of last-place teams, the Mustangs outlasted
the Outlanders. The 'Nags got points from everyone -- a
minimum of 9 each. Top scorer for their side was Ahman
Green with 33. The leading scorer for the Outlanders was
Aaron Brooks with 50 points, but his supporting staff let
him down. The Mustangs are now 2-5. The Outlanders fall to
1-6.

Mark's Mules 105
Pigskin Pipsqueaks 97

The Mules' machine keeps on running. They got 51 from Rich
Gannon to lead all scorers. The 'Squeaks got 25 from Deuce
McAllister and might've had a shot at the game if Favre
hadn't gone down. The Mules are a healthy 6-1. The Pips
are now 3-4.

Dawgs 102
Bemee Gizzards 93

In another close game, the Dawgs escaped the Gizzards. The
Dawgs were led by Daunte Culpepper's 31 points. The
Gizzards got 26 from Joe Horn to lead their side. The Dawgs
move up to 5-2. The Gizzards drop back to 3-4.

Meek Boys 175
Butchers 139

After counting the Butchers' score first I thought we
might've had an upset on our hands. Doing the Meeks ... boy,
was I wrong. The Meeks got 55 from Marshall Faulk, 39 from
Peyton Manning, 25 from Eric Moulds and 23 from Jeff Wilkins.
The Butchers also got 55, but from Brian Griese. They also
got 23 from Hines Ward and 20 from Ryan Longwell. The Meeks
lead the lead with the Mules at 6-1. The Butchers drop back
to 3-4.

Missouri Manglers 131
McKamikaze Highlanders 129

Someone should recount this for me, but I think my math's
right. The Manglers got a trio of 30+ performers to grab the
win. They got 36 from Priest Holmes, 35 from James Stewart
and 32 from Jeff Garcia. The Highlanders were led by Chad
Pennington with 37 points. Garrison Hearst had 26, and the
Eagles' defense had 22. The Manglers improve to 4-3. The
Highlanders drop back to 3-4.
