I just found this page. I have been married to an Air Force Officer for over 12 years and feel like I have been traveling the world forever. We have 3 children: a boy age 11, and 2 girls ages 9 and 5. We are now at Shaw AFB in South Carolina and plan t never leave. I am working on my 2nd Bachelor's at U. of S. Carolina. This one will be in Art Education. I still paint and I also teach at the kids school part time. I read that one of you is a friend of Bill W. I am, too, and have been for over 11 ye rs straight. Those of you who know what that means and remember me at all will be happy to know that!

Great website! Just recently moved back to this area after 18 years of living in NC and Ga. Its very strange visiting some of the old haunts. A CWW classmate and I actually went to VJ's a couple of months ago, and VJ was still there pouring pitchers... He remembered us and we told him we appreciated the fact that he served us when we were 14. Drop me a note sometime!

Been married to the same girl for 17 years, have 3 children, and live near the Kennedy Space Center. Got an oceanography degree after CWW, found out you can starve as an oceanographer, looked for oil under the ocean, made some money, got disgusted, did so e more school and joined the shuttle program 14 years ago. My wife, Monica, and I just celebrated our 10th anniversary. We are expecting a baby boy (Drew) in February. Relocated from Northern Virginia in November, 1997, and a brief stint in Hilton Head, SC to Tampa, FL in April, 1998. Love the weather down here! njoy an active lifestyle with lots of tennis and exercise. Love being married and looking forward to becoming a Dad. Hope to see more folks from the Class of '84! I spent the first 13 years after school working and traveling across the country in the nuclear industry. I married at 31, have a beautiful wife and 2 great kids. I was at Woodward for my junior and senior years, graduating in 1976. While at the University of Maryland, I got involved with the student paper there, and I've been working in newspapers almost entirely since then, having worked at The Washington Post ( tyle section) since 1982. You know those headlines with the puns? Could be mine. I've also.k been married since 1982 and have a 10-year-old son and a 7-year-old daughter. Fearing that no one would remember me, I skipped the 20-year class reunion in 1996, but have had regrets ever since. I'd love to hear from any former classmates. FYI, I'm still short and have a mop of dark curly hair.

I married in 1984. Moved to FL, IL, CA, and the to SC. I have 4 children, 2 boys 13&11, and 2 girls 12&5. I work full time as a sales exec with a fortune 250 company(10 years now) and am in very high demand as a mom! When we were kids did we give our pa ents this much trouble? Haha. Well I joined the military during H.S. at Woodward(what a suprise) and then ventured out west to southern Utah to go to college. A neat little town and school, 30 minutes from great skiing. Of coarse the only time I go is when my brother Donnie and his fa ily fly out. Presently I instruct State employees on all State and Federal mandated programs, and anything else we can dream up inbetween. My real passion (besides my family) is the National Guard--for 23 years now I have been playing army and loving it I am now serving as the Battalion Targeting Officer for the 2/222/Field Artillery (M109A6 Paladin 155mmSP Howitzer)headquartered here in Cedar. I'm very happily married and have a girl Aarica, and three boys Weston, Mason, and Connor--and yes, they all look like me. We enjoy hunting (anything that moves), fishing, and camping, etc. There is plenty of 'outdoors' out here and we tend to use all of it. Call me if you need a tour--the Grand Canyon is an hour and a half away in one direction, and Las Vegas two hours in the other.

I work for a French underwater fiberoptic cable manufacturer, Alcatel. We've doubled our plant capacity since I started two years ago - certainly keeps us busy. After I graduated form CWW, I went back to Venezuela where I got my pilots licence. I flew for a couple of years in the Amazon jungle doing Tourist flights until I got a job with a big airline there. After 7 years, I got hired away by LanChile in 1.997 where I have been since. I'm married (5 years) with one 3yr. old boy and one on the way. Where is everyone from the class of 1.984? I own Northside Grille on 120th Street and Greenfields Golf Course in Berlin, Maryland. Yes, I closed down Terrapin Station in 1995. This is a very cool site although I dont see too many class of 86ers. Former CWHS grads stop by The Northside Grille in Ocean City....ask for Johnny.

I came to the U of Texas and never left Texas. Austin has changed a lot in 25 years, native Austinites are an endangered species. C.W. Woodward High, on Old Georgetown Road near Rockville Maryland, was a nightmare. I wonder if most high schools of that time were also so bad. At Woodward in 1975 the teachers followed county "prepared teaching plans", and most of the students prospere . The students, such as myself, who became bored or lost, got stomped. Instead of becoming a vandal or a criminal -- which was what happed to kids who didn't fit in at Woodward -- I ran away from home and school. I tried to make it to Alaska to work on th pipeline, but instead spent nearly half a year hitchhiking back and forth across Canada and the U.S. Most of my time was spent sitting by highways or walking in the many wild places I made as my destinations: Death Valley, the Cascades, the Florida swamp , the Canadian Rockies. I stayed far away from cities and tried to avoid most people. No one knew were I was, and six months alone at 17 is a long, long time. Still, it was much better time than being in Woodward.

I was one of the "founding fathers" of Woodward H.S. A small group of us from Richard Montgomery and Walter Johnson got together to write the school constitution. I was one of about 104 in the first graduating class of 1968. I use my maiden name. My husb nd is Harold Blank. We live in Tildenwoods. My kids never went to Woodward. It was closed by the time they went to high school.However, they went to WJ. They had some of the "old" Woodward teachers (Mrs. Ransom and Mr. Logsdon). I'd love to hear from some of you. Great to find the Woodward site! The reason I even looked is because I was at a meeting for work on 2/26 at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore,was chatting with the host, Patrick Moran, and found he was from Mont County. I told him about my own MC roots, and th n discovered his dad was our own Art teacher, Frank Moran! It's a small world. Additionally found out that his step mom is the former Ms Woods, whom I sure many of you remember as an English teacher at Woodward.
