Information Packets

sports information/emergency packets need to be turned into coach Goodrich before you start. They can be picked in the main office or the athletic directors office or on line.

Official Practices (BHS Track)

   Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30 with some weekends

Know the distance of your runs.

      Look at the training links. Find distance of runs.   

Make sure you have good pair of shoes

    recommended running shoe stores.

      Fleet Feet Sports or

      La Foot   or  

      Transport (discount if you tell them you  run for BHS)

      RoadRunnerSports (online store with store in concord)

     (they fit you in shoes and video tape you running in the shoes)

Running camp July19 to July 24 echo lake camp.

A great place to run, train and start building team.
