What is a Webquest?
A Webquest is an activity in which pupils look for information on the Web. The objective for pupils is to find out about a particular subject and to do some tasks using the information they have gathered.
A scenario is provided, together with a description of the tasks and a set of resources to help the pupils prepare the activity.
Through this activity, pupils will gain the skills to search on the Web, select relevant information from what they find and apply what they learn to the right context.
The Spring Day in Europe Webquests were created by two teachers, Jean Philippe Raud Dugal from France and János Blasszauer from Hungary.

Why is the Tolerance project timely?/Miért aktuális a Tolerancia projekt?
March 21st is also the Elimination of Racial Discrimination
Day(the UN declared it back in 1966). I think focusing on these themes can add
to the building of a better Europe. So please consider joining this online
project with some of your colleagues, students and let me know if you are
interested in it. I have already launched an Internet-based project on
"Tolerance and Prejudice" and have focused on it with some of my students in
collaboration with some foreign students. Having gained some expertise in this
field I would like to work on this particular topic together with some
colleagues from Europe on Spring Day. I will give to the teachers interested in
this project the code to the "Tolerance blog"(it enables immediate web
publishing for our students)and to the "Groupboard" (it enables students to draw
a piece of art and save it). See further details on this project at:

gondolom, hogy ha tanulóinkkal ezen témára összpontosítunk, akkor egyben egy
jobb és szebb Európa megteremtésén is munkálkodunk . Elindítottam már egy
Internet projektet "Tolerancia és Előítélet" címmel. Néhány tanítványomat már
belevontam ebbe a projektbe külföldi diákokkal együtt, így megfelelő
tapasztalatra tettem szert e téma feldolgozását illetően. Szeretnék erre a
kimondott témára koncentrálni egy csoport tanulóval az iskolámból és más iskolák
tanulóival a Tavasz Napon. A "Tolerance blog"(ez online publikálást biztosít) és
a "Groupboard" (online lehet rajzolni és lementeni a műalkotást)eszközökhöz a

Ötletek a Tavasz Nap Európában projekt sikeres megszervezéséhez 
Susanne Pratscher's (the Austrian Spring teacher) students want to decorate the whole school building with posters about the EU, they asked us "Spring teachers" a favour. Namely, to give info on our own country in the form they have prepared it and to send it back to them. Here you can find the EU posters collected by her students.
