What is the Black Dragon Triad Society?

                                            Well, this site is exactly what the name spells out...Black Dragon Triad Society. If you

                                            No, what the Black Dragon Triad Society is all about is a way for EVERYDAY normal people,
                                            like you and me, to join a Triad. Growing up as a kid, I saw a lot of Triad movies, with my
                                            favorite being the ones by John Woo, and I was always fascinated by their lifestyle, habits,
                                            code, and way of life. Accordingly, I got to wondering how cool it would be to actually join a
                                            Triad and take part in it....or at least to say that I was part of one. I mean...how cool
                                            would that be, right?

                                            However, I did realize that doing such an act would be criminal, stupid, and just plain wrong
                                            ...so I did the next best thing. Hey, if I can't join a real Triad, I'll make one up...and
                                            that's how we have the Black Dragon Triad Society. This association is for those of you who
                                            always wanted to be a Triad member, but didn't have the actual criminal tendencies
                                            to go and actually do it....but always wanted to say that you were part of one and that were
                                            "connected". And that's what we have here.

                                            Is it Free to Join? No Catch?

                                            Best of all...joining the Black Dragon Triad Society is FREE. There's no dues, no
                                            elaborate initiation rituals [which is what real Triads do], no meetings, nothing.

                                            Do I have to be Chinese to Join?

                                            No, the Black Dragon Triad Society is OPEN TO EVERYBODY. Although usually Triads
                                            are composed of Chinese, this Triad accepts everybody. You don't have to be Chinese to join.

                                            Why Are you Doing This?

                                            I thought it'd be fun! Like I said, I find Triads fascinating and I figured others would too.
                                            Again, there's no meetings, no dues, this is just fun.
