		This home page intends to spread my skill in the semen analysis. ISince 1978 I am devoted to the semen analysis, for which I developed an advanced routine of considerable clinical significance, according to many specialists, because they provide all the information needful to the diagnosis. My routine follows the World Health Organization protocol for semen analysis (1999) and additional probes that I developed.. In my laboratory practice, this routine usually is used to investigate male infertility, genital infections, varicocele (including in younger men), recurrent pregnancy loss, genital pathologies (for example, hemospermia) and another clinical settings. With the experience acquired in this examination, I develop a research center within the Homero Soares Ramos Laboratory in an attempt in evaluating results and their clinical applicability, as well as to divulge the examination and their methodologies. In this research center I develop several studies having published many articles in Brazil and worlwide, some of them indexed in the National Institute of Health (NIH- PubMed) from USA. Due to these publications I am very known as a specialist in spermatology. In this site you will find several information about my routine and researches.
