Code of Conduct for
Fort Worth Brahmas Booster Club Members
This Code of Conduct is established to set the guidelines and procedures for acceptable behavior for members of the Fort Worth Brahmas Booster Club.  The code is designed to protect the integrity of the booster club and our working relationship with the management of the Fort Worth Brahmas.  All members should conduct themselves according to club by-laws.  Any and all reports of violations of the following listed rules will be reviewed by the Board of Officers with a chance for defense of the violation.  If a warning is issued and goes unheeded, termination of the offender's membership will result.  The offender will be  notified of their termination to the club, and notification will be made to the hockey club.

1.  Conduct yourself with decorum and politeness at all Booster Club and Brahmas functions.  This includes home games and away games, and includes treatement towards opposing teams' fans, or players, whether on the ice or off.

2.  Following the rules and regulations of the arenas in which we play.

3.  Harrassing of the Brahmas players, or any visiting teams' players, will not be tolerated.  This includes stalking as defined by state statute, phone calls, emails, faxes, or internet abuse.

4.  No unwarranted or unwelcome contact between players or other Brahmas employees and Booster Club members.  Unwarranted contact shall include but not be limited to: inappropriate contact with players, players' families, or significant others unless approved by the players.

5.  Unauthorized possession, distribution, or use of private phone, mobile numbers, home addresses, private email addresses, or personal possessions of any of the Brahmas players or staff members.



Complaints of the listed behaviors should be formally reported to any officer of the Booster Club.  Complaints will be investigated as defined in the Club by-laws.  Cause for complaints can include but not be limited to:

1. Violations of the Fort Worth Booster Club By-Laws

2.  Violation of the Code of Conduct

3.  Violation of any rule of practice duly adopted by the Membership

4.  Conduct that might be viewed as detrimental to the welfare, interests, or character of the Fort Worth Brahmas Booster Club or of the Brahmas organization.



Actions of the Board of Officers concerning complaints may include, but not be limited to:

1.  Written warning to the member

2.  Suspension of membership

3.  Dismissal from the Booster Club.  This will include a letter of action to Brahmas management
