My name is Caleb Madison.  I was born on July 22, 1991.  I weighed 5 lbs 15 oz and was 20" long.  I was born too early so I had to stay at the children's hospital for two weeks.  I had to have a ventilator and feeding tube for one week.  When I came home, I had to have a heart/apnea monitor for six months.  But, I'm much better now.  Here is a picture of me on the day I came home from the hospital.
This is my most recent picture.  I am 11 years old.

I am getting ready to start the sixth grade.  My best subject is math.

I am spending this summer in Ecuador through a program called CISV (Children's International Summer Villages.)

In my free time, I like to ride my bike and play with my brothers.  I love puzzles and "look and find" books.  I sometimes like to draw, too.
I love to play sports.  My mom says I'm a natural.

I just finished my fifth season of baseball.  I am about to start my third season of football.  I have also played three seasons of indoor soccer, two seasons of outdoor soccer and basketball,  two years of gymnastics, and many years of swimming lessons.

This year, I was chosen for our baseball league's All-Star team.  I was also chosen to play on a traveling tournament team.
