| O Good St. Peregrine, Patron of those suffering from foot aliments, cancer and incurable diseases. Grant, we beseech you, relief from suffering for . . . (silently mention the names of the persons for whom you are praying). In your compassion, we beg you to interced with our Lord Jesus Christ that mankind may soon find a cure for the dread disease of physical cancer as well as for the moral cancer which grips so much of our world today. Oh, my God, I adore your infinite majesty with all the pweers of my soul. I thank you for the graces and gifts which you bestowed upon your faithful servant, St. John Neumann. I ask you to glorify him also on earth. For this end I beseech you to grant me the favor . . . (silently mention the favor desired). Which I humbly ask from your fatherly mercy. |

| O Sacred Heart of Jesus, I come to ask You for the gift of restored health, that I may serve You more faithfully and love You more sincerely than in the past. If in Your divine wisdom I am to be restored to health and strength, I will strive to show my gratitude by a constant and faithful service rendered to You. If it is Your will and redounds to Your glory, I want to be well and strong. But if it is Your will that my sickness continue, please help me to bear it with patience. Amen. |

| Dearest protector, St. Jude, my compnion, you are the bearer of abiding hope. i place myself inyour care as I bear the cross of cancer. I turst that you walk with me, and give me courage when I am afraid, strength when I grow weary, hope when it seems all is lost. Most faithful patron, never leave my side. May our friendship remind me always of the love God offers to each of His faithful children, and the healing He provides to all those who believe in His saving power. Amen. |
| Dear Lord, I beg you to help (name of person) I love him/her so much and find it very difficult to watch h/h suffering. As you cured St. Peregrine of a terrible malignancy, I ask You to cure h/h illness. Please relieve h/h pain and guide the doctors in h/h care. Give h/h the strength to bear whatever is to come according to Your holy will, Dear Lord. I ask that you give me the hpatience and wisdom to comfort h/h as best I am able. Help me to face the uncertainty of the future. I ask tha tyou bless h/h with the knowedge of your love, Dear Lord, and with the warmth and caring of all of us who bear this burden with h/h. Amen |
