Hi, read your web page and I loved it. I'm on the tail end of a bitter divorce. I too, suffered abuse.
I have 3 beautiful daughters and I'm proud to say I'm a firefighter. I was told I would never be one. It's a long story and I won't go into details, but I'm at a point now where I'm proud of who I am, and I have travelled a long hard road to get here.
enjoy hearing about women who've gone through similiar situations, it gives me inspiration. It's so tough being on my own and realizing how mistakes can really hurt my kids, but they're better off now and I have to tell myself, look at the example I'm g
ving them. To me, it's priceless that I can do that for them.
I've learning, and it's still amazing what I've accomplished. I wish all women had to take a course in survival without a man. I've changed a lot in a year. Broke the fitness record for the DNR here. I set goals for myself and I decided to go for thos
goals with every ounce of my energy. It's strange, maybe not so now that I look at it, but afterward, all my friends said they'd never doubted for a minute that I'd not only pass the test, but I'd break a record. I was the only one who didn't have fait
in myself.
It was really a strong, vulnerable move on your part to put your story out there and I thank you for it. Children are the reason we're here, I believe that in my heart. My kids are going to be amazing, strong, life changing women.
