Those pictures were scanned in from a collection of over 1000 items I have. Most of them are of Victorian origin. They came from cigarette packs, tea packs, toiletries, and were given free as a gift to collect.
During the Victorian age the ladies would use them to decorate books, cards or collect them in beautiful books celebrating births and other family events.
Those pictures are free for you to use in your personal projects but I have them copyrighted and they should not be used for commercial gain without permission.
