While searching for an alternative to relaxing my hair, I stumbled upon a process called "transitioning". My Napptural Journey documents my transition from perm (relaxed) to natural hair.. It's not a decision I made lightly, but nonetheless it's one I will never regret.
On January 20, 2004, I started on a journey more important than my napptural journey. My journey back to becoming Lean for Life. It's funny how I thought to myself one day that I was taking better care of my hair than I was taking care of my body. I have another online name "going_down". See why. |
