Getting Acquainted

Greetings from Central California where the summers are HOT! So nice of you to stop by for a visit.. My name is Rebecca and I have been married to the same handsome man for over 30 years. We have a terrific son who is a software engineer for a local company.  The  greatest thing about my family is that we are all Christians and attend church together.
Just as the words say from one of the songs in the Medley above; "Thank You Lord For Saving My Soul", the same goes for what I feel in my life. I thank God for sending His Son Jesus to die on the cross so that I can have life eternal. If you do not have this assurance in your life and would like to have your name written in the Lamb's Book of Life, please go to read about THE FOUR SPIRITUAL LAWS and follow with the prayer to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. .

LIVE AND LEARN

I've learned if you pray for your enemies,
You will stop hating them.

I've learned that both a young child and
an old person can make me feel young.

I've learned that love, not time, heals all wounds.

I've learned that the Lord didn't do it all in one day.
What makes me think I can?

I've learned that you shouldn't let a day pass
without making at least one person feel good.

I've learned that sometimes all a person needs is a
hand to hold and a heart to understand.

I've learned that if you are happy, it is because you
put others before yourself.

I've learned that being kind is more important than
being right.
