This is the second, children's ebook Hall of fame Year 2001-2002 The children's Ebook Hall of fame was founded in 2000 by Valerie Hardin to promote children's ebooks, YA fiction, middle grade, and illustrating.

Kym Jones is a Graphic Designer/Illustrator, born in Adelaide, South Australia. She lived in Texas for three years prior to returning to Adelaide in 1999 and hopes to return to the US one day. Her mother was a well known writer in Adelaide so her childhood was filled with lots of "imagination candy" and that enables her to work well with writers exchanging ideas and building characters. She started experimenting with digital illustrating about five years ago and "fell" into designing e-covers and illustrating e-books when she was asked to illustrate Elaine's Amazing Stink by Valerie Hardin. Nancy Coffelt is a native Oregonian and animal lover who has been drawing pictures from the time she could hold a piece of chalk. When she was a kid, she couldn't decide whether to be a veterinarian or an artist, so when Nancy grew up she decided to have the best of both worlds and draw pictures of animals. She works in oil pastels on black paper and my pieces are shown in galleries across the country. She also designed for such companies as Starbucks and The Nature Company. Her first picture book was published by Harcourt in 1992 and she went on to do three more with them and one with Flying Rhinoceros. New releases include "What's Cooking?" coming from Chronicle Books, Spring 2003 and "Fred Stays With Me" from Little, Brown & Co. in 2004. She also a cofounder of SeeSpotBooks.com, an epublisher dedicated to the promotion of children's literature in an electronic format and have picture books and works for young adults, too, under that imprint. Gregory & Denise Michel: live in Texas. Denise Michel sometimes writes under the name Denise Gasta. They share their life with a wonderful cat, Sophie. Their works include, "Monarch Kingdom: Life of a Butterfly," (poetry) "The Butterfly Garden" (children); and "Danny" (children). The anthologies "Between Darkness & Light," and "Poetry Elite: The Best Poets of 2000" (both by International Society of Poets), feature dramatic poetry by both Greg ("Aurora Borealis") and Denise ("Radio Static"). Greg's work has been featured in Dream International Quarterly. He has had two one-man shows featuring his oil paintings. They are currently working on a new children's series, "There's a Dinosaur…" Greg and Denise also have several other books in progress, including poetry, a cookbook, and a mystery series.
