Welcome to the meeting place for healing. I can not say that this site will be the same to everyone, but what I hope it will be is a source of information, a place for people to vent, and an additional source of reason in a very chaotic state of affairs we now find ourselves in.

A small group of people have taken the initiative to compile a site to mirror the evolving psyche of the American public and their dazed lives. Included in this site is a pictorial representation of the absolutely cowardly acts committed on September 11th, a forum for people to speak and find peace, a guide to useful information sources, and more. Like I said, my wish for this site is that it mirrors the American public so I would greatly appreciate any and all input or offers for aid in maintenance of this site. I want to provide substance for people to chew on in terms of information and grief and adrenaline release. Please pass this site on to whomever you think may benefit from it.

On the way into work this morning (9/14/01) I heard on the radio that there are sites popping up that are trying to take advantage of this situation and profit in some way off of the unsuspecting public. Let me assure you that anyone connected with this site will never, ever ask you for money and if someone does, then they have hacked our site. Please be weary of anyone you give money to in the name of relief efforts. Quite obviously refutable organizations such as the Red Cross, United Way, Salvation Army, and the Fireman's Fund are pretty safe, but please make sure your money gets to where it is actually needed.

An important additional thought was brought to my attention by a visitor to the site. PLEASE do not go out looking for anyone that is or has the appearance of being of Arabic decent or those practicing the Muslim religion. 99.9% of these people are law abiding American citizens that are just as shocked as you are and they ought not to be threatened
