Sean is our middle child and fully embodies what comes to mind when you think middle child. It seems that he is always striving for attention, whether it be through positive or negative actions. He can be the most loving child when he wants to be, but also tests our will on many occasions. He is a strong-willed and hot-tempered child (like his momma) and Crystal and Sean often don't see eye-to-eye on things. He keeps our life interesting!
Sean is in First Grade this year and is doing very well. His teacher consistently sends home good reports and comments and his grades have been wonderful. He is above his "expected" mastery of almost everything. He reads all the time and really enjoys sitting down with a good book and it shows in his grades! He also won the Citizenship Award for the last quarter. (The teacher chooses one boy and one girl each grading period.)
Sean and Crystal embarked on a new journey together this past Fall and have decided to repeat it in the Spring. Crystal was the head coach of Sean's Soccer team. It was an awesome season, with 7 wins and 1 tie for the season, and the tie was with a team that we defeated the first time we played them. It was a great season. We are hoping for at least another decent season when we start back in March. |
