This type of healing is offered, if for some reason you do not wish to contact me, or of course if you would like to top up the healing energies you are already receiving. it does require 100% effort on your behalf to gain benefits.

What you need to do is read and practice the Grounding Exercise. visualize this crystal and see the energies emanating from the crystal's points. See that healing energies coming to you and entering your chakra system through your crown chakra. see and feel the cool blue energies as they full your whole body with light. When you have taken enough energies then thank the crystal and continue with the protection visulization.

I would recommend you doing this exercise three times a day, morning, noon and night. you will get from it what you are willing to put into it
