The Air Wing Images Section of the Image Gallery is where you will find Cowpens' Air Wings related images.  This Air Wing Images Section was last updated on 04/06/99.

  The Image Gallery is divided into four sections; Ship Images, Air Wing Images, Crew Images, and Miscellaneous Images.  Each section is set up the same.  There is an additional Navigation Bar at the top and bottom of each Image Gallery Section.  Use this bar to navigate between the sections.  The images are thumbnails of a larger picture.   Simply click the thumbnail image to view the larger image.  You can leave the Image Gallery at any time by using the Navigation Sidebar located to the left.

This is an image of a plane losing an external fuel drop tank while landing on the Cowpens.  Two crew were killed in this incident.  From the collection of Robert Anderson.  Submitted by his son, Scott.
