| Matter Drawings 1 Matter drawings is a work in which an apparently unmoving bed of matter (iron filings) shows slow, silent and continuous movement in a pattern, if observed carefully. This is done by the help of a concealed system of motors and magnets. I attempted to address the concept of movement in seemingly inert/lifeless objects around us. A respect for such systems of awareness and evolution underlies the work. |
