This is the first of the series of Jazz Paintings I have done. I call it "Jazz Euphoria". After becoming strongly inspired to paint again, and with the idea that art has no rules, I broke free into a new creative style. Since I was living in a military barracks at the time and had no where to paint freely, I rented a storage unit and set up a studio. This 4 foot by 6 foot canvas was the birthplace of my new style. Listening to Miles Davis through my guitar amplifier, this painting came out of nowhere, and has been my personal favorite ever since.
