| Our Brooklyn & Queens apartments are located in a nice neighborhoods close to a supermarket and subway train station, just 25-30 minutes from Manhattan. Our studio apartments accommodate up to two persons and our one-bedroom apartments accommodate up to four persons. All the apartments include a privet bathroom, equipped kitchens for cooking, eating etc, and all linens and towels. The studio apartment has one double bed. The one-bedroom apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a double bed in the living room. |
| Rates and Policies $75 per apartment per night Studio or one-bedroom * Rates are for single or double occupancy * Surcharge of $25 will be added for each additional person * Rates are for regular season * Rates include tax * Breakfast and other meals not included * We don't accommodate pets * All apartments are non-smoking * We are not responsible for any articles left in the apartments * Check in time will be after 2:00 PM and vacate time will be 10:00 AM unless other arrangements are made * Linen and towels will be changed weekly * Cash only pleas |
