Unfortunately some get burned before they reach the altar and before they reach the Lord because of their arrogance. But we can approach the Lord (Jesus) because of His Sacrifice on the ALTAR of Sacrifice, and therefore we can be washed in His Blood and be cleansed and enter IN and thru the Two Pillars and Guardians of the Temple, through Jachin and Boaz, and into the Congregation of the LORD, in His Holy Place. The physical temple being an exact parallel of the Physical. Therefore understanding the DESIGN of His spiritual/physical temple can help you, so you don't get burned up by HIS FIRE. This because fire is alive and moves and flares and vubrates and is not static, but consumes and purifies. This we have to go through before we can approach the Lord. And our purity is only because of the Sacrifice of the Lord, that was already done at Calvary. Right ? Right ! (SEE His Righteousness) And then we can be washed, by the washing of His WORD. Ephisians 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the WASHING of WATER by the WORD, This was symbolically done in the Old Testament Temple via the Altar of Sacrifice and the Molten Sea. Fire and then water to purify and cleanse.But once inside after passing between the two Pillars, or Guardians SEE Shepherds rod and entrance test. Then we go into the Holy of Holies, and there.... only the priests could go.
