David Jay Jordan's Homepage Sexual Mysteries Two Unclothe Yourself Nudity Scriptures The Lord created the world and us in our natural state, nude. This is how we came out of the womb and how we will go back to Him. For the First Original Sin was NOT sex and love-making but pride and disobediance. Being naked, in and of itself is not sinful but natural, for as the Bible states, 'Unto the pure all things are pure'. (I Titus 1: 15). The Lord saying ...... Mat 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. (Mathew 8: 16) ? But maybe you are of the opinion, that these verses don't apply to nudity or naturalism. Well do think again, because it is the Lord that created our beautiful bodies, as we are 'Made in His Image'. And it was Jesus not the devil that created sex as well. (Consider Jesus created Sex). I mean, if you do the research, you will find out that in the early church Christians were baptized in the nude not with clothes on. Why, because it was a rebirth. And it is for this reason, that many of the depictions of John the Baptist baptising Jesus showed them both nude. (SEE Christian Nude Baptisms). For similiarly even tradesmen like carpenters and fishermen who worked outdoors in Jesus' time, sometimes worked nude.. And Jesus was a carpenter and also a fisherman. (SEE Naked Apostle). So did the Lord go around nude, sometimes YES. Was it a sin. NO And if you still aren't convinced consider what Thomas the doubting apostle, stated....... in His "Book of Thomas'. ... (37) His disciples said: On what day wilt thou be revealed us, and on what day shall we see thee? Jesus said: When you unclothe yourselves and are not ashamed, and take your garments and lay them beneath your feet like little children, and tread upon them, then shall ye see the Son of the living One, and ye shall not fear. (38) Jesus said: Many times have you desired to hear these words which I speak unto you, and you have none other from whom to hear them. Days will come when you will seek after me, and you will not find me. (39) Jesus said: The Pharisees and the scribes have receive the keys of knowledge; they have hidden them. They did not go in, and those who wanted to go in they did not allow. But you be ye wise as serpents and innocent as doves. Hmmm… Jesus isn't being super-spiritual here but is literally saying that just as an open and honest heart towards Him is important, so is being able to be naked before Him.There is nothing wrong with taking off our clothing if our hearts are right and the conditions are right. This seems to say, that when we again become like little children in faith and trust, and innocence, we can see the Lord. When we remove all our outer garments physically and spiritually, we shall be able to see the Lord as He is. This paralleling his words that, 'We have to clean the outside as well as the inside and be free inside as well as outside.(Mathew 23). And so naturialism and nudity can help, as it can strip away all our false fronts and cover-ups. We are just like our brethren, with only minor differences. We ALL came from the same source and are ONE, and from the same KIND. And yet only the pure in heart, see this or want to see this. Jesus stating over and over again that ....: "The Pharisees and the Scribes have receive the keys of knowledge; they have hidden them". Because YES, the church system then and NOW are against nudity and sexuality even though knowledge, wisdom and scriptures show that neither are sinful. Nudity is not necessarily a sin ! (Consider Why churches are so dangerous) "They did not go in, and those who wanted to go in they did not allow.' because the worldly church system will never accept nudity or sexual liberation. They will fight and persecute any individuals or groups that are so bold as to follow the Lord's liberation. They will not allow it. "But be ye wise as serpents and innocent as doves.' as the Lord says, because it takes wisdom to know where and when and among whom to show ourselves to. So we better obey His advice, and use His wisdom and discernment, and yet stay as innocent and non-offensive as doves, in hurting no one. So there you be, the simple truths about nudity and even sexuality, that you personally should confirm in your own hearts and minds if you want to have Faith in becoming more nude and honest.(SEE How to get Faith) For one can answer these questions for us, except ourselves. We have to decide whether we have the Faith to " unclothe ourselves and not be ashamed". God bless you in your search, decisions, and actions in Him Love in Jesus Davidjayjordan |
