--In the Head Snipe's mind, the most awesome thing about DBU would definitely be the professors, who go out of their way to be friendly and have relationships with students; they're extraordinarily respectful to us, and very helpful. The Head Snipe is extremely grateful for all the things taught him by his professors.

--There are some really great people in the administration, too.

--It's also great the way the DBU guys almost always hold open doors for the DBU girls; that rocks. Now, as for guys holding doors open for guys, the Snipe thinks it's good when it results in a net saving of energy; if it's 2 more units of energy for me to hold open the door a little bit longer, and it saves the next guy 10 units of energy, that's good. Otherwise, the Head Snipe doesn't think it's worth it to go out of your way for a guy. Girls are worth it; they're special.

--Also, Ton's Mongolian barbecue is two exits to the west on Carrier Parkway. Ton's could very well be the best place on earth.

--The Writing Center and Math Lab are great resources for students, and very generous for being free and everything.

--There really are some great students here who really do have a great passion for the LORD.

--We really are a better school than very many, probably than most (we are critical at this website because we believe that not being the worst is no excuse for not being the best).

--For instance, I think tuition at Baylor is way more than here. Here's not cheap, but it could be SO MUCH worse! There are some rather generous scholarships available for some people, too.

--Furthermore, there are nasty stories about perfectly 'conservative' Southwestern Seminary profs being fired for no good reason. As far as we know, that doesn't happen here.

--EG, they say that Bob Jones University is tremendously oppressive. We invite BJU students to make a geocities site because we have free speech in the USA.

--I think we have a great international student ministry.

--The BSM does some great things.

--The cafeteria often has great food, and the people who work there are extremely friendly.

--The administration (to my knowledge) has not tried to do anything to shut down or oppress the DBU Snipe Site. We thought about it, and we think there's not much that could be done anyways, but we appreciate that they haven't tried. I suppose they could set up a nice Geocities website to expose the Snipe Site for being a bunch of frauds and mean people with bad html, but supporting free speech like that would kinda defeat the purpose of the Snipe Site's existence.
