I was so touched by that letter and happy to see a website dedicated to Brandy. After reading it, I rushed home to see the site and was somewhat saddened to read about her and others that have lost thier life to a drunk driver. The reason I'm writing you is to ask just what the drunk driver of the car that killed my cousin and best friend Brandy Talbot was charged with? I understand Brandy was not wearing a seat belt, and was also intoxicated . I also was told that the driver is under age. That means that someone bought the alcohol for her. Were they charged ? Some one gave Brandy alcohol. Were they charged? Was Brandy intoxicated beyond consciousness that she was carried to the vehicle against her will ? Again i ask why wasn't anyone charged with this ? I knew Brandy all my life, I never knew of her not putting on her set belt, AND MOST OF ALL I NEVER NEVER NEVER KNEW OF HER DRINKING EVER !!!!! Brandy has always set a good example for me to follow ALWAYS !! That means that someone was corrupting her. Were they charged ? Sentencing will occur in late February.
