The Rhinebeck Sitting Group, led by Insight Meditation Society teacher, José Reissig, has been meeting every Wednesday evening at 7:30 since 1993. The 45 minute sittings are followed by a similar period for sharing and inquiring. Both beginners and experienced meditatiors are welcome.
Weekend Retreats
José Reissig also teaches weekend retreats in Saugerties four times per year. Retreat dates are scheduled as follows:January 19-21, 2001
The cost of room and board for the weekend is $110. Commuters are also welcome to attend and can purchase meals at the retreat center.
The teaching is offered freely and donations are accepted but not required.
