Thursday night - Shambhala 7:00 - 8:00 pm, Albany Zen Buddhist Sitting Group 7:15 - 8:40 pm, Unitarian Universalist Buddhist Fellowship Meditation Group 7:30-9:30pm every first Thursday of the month.
