Nothing… since he had been brought here David had been told *nothing* as to why he had been dragged here by the base's security team that had meet the ANUBIS' CO and the rest of her security team once they had stepped onto NEW ALEXANDRIA. It hadn't taken a genius to figure it out but the CEO had expected there to be someone to make it official… that he had been placed under arrest and to list the charges that were being brought against him. So far all that he had received for his trouble was nothing more than the echo of his voice as he yelled for someone to answer his demands for answers.
A few months ago, or even only a few days, David would have lashed out at the door or the walls likely doing nothing more than injuring himself, but faced by the possible truth behind his previous outbursts the massive engineer found no urge to physically translate his frustration. Instead the CEO paced from one side of the sparsely decorated room to the next thinking with each step that he took that the answer to all of his and everyone's else's problems might be held in the weapon he had hidden out of sight of everyone else.
Richard had done more than his fair share over the last little while to discredit and destroy his twin brother's life and maybe… just maybe this was the only way to bring this situation to an end once and for all… for everyone's sake.

Setting: NEW ALEXANDRIA: Section A, Level 9 (RESTRICTED AREA) aka SANTUARY
The young woman stood in the middle of the holographic room looking ready and more than willing to rip to shreds anyone or anything that might dare to come too close to her. The idea of this Sanctuary had been to provide the CO of a ship with a place to hide for a brief moment from all that life had tossed their way… providing them with a place to laugh, talk and cry… in other words a place where they could be human even if only for a few brief moments.
As CO of the ANUBIS the redheaded woman had not been given the luxury of displaying her inner pain at the lost of her wife… even if the reaction would have been perfectly normal and understood by everyone else Rikar could not be anything less than perfectly professional during this time. Having been a CO himself and experienced a grate deal of hardships during his career James understood how hard this job requirement could be, that had been why he had decided to bring Sabrina here now.
"Let it out… let go of your anger… let go of your hatred for the universe… set it free… there is no one here who will think less of you when you do." James offered to the enraged looking redheaded woman finding it strangely ironic that he of all people had found himself in the position of counselling a former Cns, but the truth of the matter was that there were certain things that could only come from experience and the current COO of the NEW ALEXANDRIA base had exactly what this situation had demanded… experience.
"Why! Why did she have to die?" The young woman demanded through her sobbing as she collapsed to her knees forgetting her role as the ANUBIS' CO… her ranks as captain and her responsibilities towards every other member of her crew. There, on the floor of this sanctuary the redheaded woman allowed herself to be weak and most important… human.

The Nausicaan had done exactly as his new CO had requested of him… but when she had returned to the ANUBIS apparently following the orders of the base's COO the young woman had dismissed the Ensign of his responsibilities to her… at least for the time being. Because of this the new Sec/Tac officer had found himself with nothing else to do but to wander the ship and become better acquainted with the ship and crew that he had taken on the job of protecting.
"There you are Nico… I have been searching all over for you." The Nausicaan's friend, the Hirogen called out from several meters down the corridor Uxtar appearing more than happy to have found his fellow shipmate.
"Sorry, I was a little busy. Actually I had been wanting to speak to you. Our paths will be heading into different directions I am afraid… I have been asked to take on the role of Chief of Security for this ship… a position that I have accepted." Nico announced without any undo ceremony Nausicaans never having been known for their overly diplomatic ways. The towering warrior studied the features of the Hirogen who stood before him expecting to see some sort of negative reaction but Ensign Rostov saw nothing. Granted he had not expected Uxtar to drop to his knees crying and screaming, but he had at least hoped to see some sign of grief in the officer whom he had grown to consider as a friend.
"Do not think you are getting rid of me *that* easily… I am not going anywhere." The Hirogen countered with a grin that took the Nausicaan by complete surprise.
"You have been asked to join this crew as well?" The new Sec/Tac officer inquired not at all finding it hard to believe that their former CO would have made the request for both of them.
"You are looking at this ship's newest VIPER Pilot." Uxtar announced with a level of pride that his friend immediately understood and shared in, the two of them having apparently landed their respective dream position. As a pilot of one of the Interceptor-Class crafts the Hirogen would be able to make full use of his skills as a hunter while Nico would be able to allow his own character to dictate his actions and reactions as this ship's Sec/Tac Officer.
"I am happy to hear this… it seems that we have a few things to celebrate and talk about… how about a drink?"
Looking ahead to a future which appeared brighter than either could have hoped for the 2 warriors headed towards the ship's Black Hole Lounge exchanging the stories of how each had come to become member of the ANUBIS.

"Are you certain this is such a good idea? I mean I am sure that we are not authorized to be down here." The ANUBIS's Cns offered in a whispered voice as she and her friend sneaked their way down the corridor surprised that they had not met any sort of security.
"I just want to make sure that David is alright. Best case scenario we will actually get to see him… worst case we get told to head back the way we came." Ens. Summers reasoned as she moved further down the corridor not at all sure as to where exactly they had been going. The CMO had actually expected to encounter security officers guarding a door which would have served as an indication of which room Lt. Dawson had been brought to, but all of the corridors had been vacant making the task of finding the CEO that much more difficult.
"Finding David may prove to not be as simple as you had hoped… my tricorder is not even acknowledging that there is a wall next to us." Susan sighed as she returned the small hand-held device to her belt having discovered the hard way that the base's inner structure had been made resistant to scans.
"Well according to what I overheard David was brought down to this level and this section… all we have to do is find out which room." The CMO pointed out in a matter-of-fact manner as she turned towards the nearest door and prepared to open it with a very shaky hand. Given the lack of outside security Ensign Summers could only guess as to what devious system was in place to insure the security of this section of the base.
"Wrong door." Came the calm announcement that made the 2 Ensign literally jump out of their skins.
"Thanks for the heart attack!" The CMO gasped as she held her chest and turned towards the approaching woman who had either followed them here or had simply been on the same quest as they had been.
"Lt. Dawson is in Room 3... And even if you had been able to find the room your security clearance would not have allowed you access to the room." The ANUBIS' ExO explained as she made her way past the 2 Ensign taken the lead of the group. Without saying anything, Susan and Lea followed the half Romulan, half Human woman relinquishing to her authority and reason for having come here.

The leader of the Marine detachment onboard the ANUBIS had needed to write his official report regarding the events that had taken place during the mission and after having spoken to his 2nd in command the Enaran had decided to head for the Black Hole Lounge to indulge in a well diverse drink before tackling the less than appealing task that awaited him. Since he believed that the actions being taken against the ship's CEO were just and right, the MCO had not given the matter a second thought… after all he had better things to concern himself about.
One of these other concerns took centre stage when he entered the room and found the CSciO sitting alone at a table looking as if she had seen a ghost. While moving closer to the Shillian Pravat wondered what new development in regards to the CEO's situation had happened knowing that she had been on David's side… which unfortunately placed the scientist and marine on opposite ends of the issue. Despite their obvious differences the Enaran's concern for the woman proved to be more important than what side of the argument they had been on… so he approached and joined the troubled CSciO at her table.
"Care to talk?" Pravat inquired, his effort having been the best he could do not having been a Cns. Leading a armed assault on an enemy position while under fire and severely outnumbered and outgunned was proving to be far easier than approaching a single unarmed woman whom seemed lost in her thoughts.
"What?" Maya replied as she looked across the table to Pravat who had just sat down… obviously her thoughts had been on something light-years away from this place.
"You look like you have seen a ghost." The Enaran dryly chuckled trying as best he could to get the Shillian to open up, instead what he saw was a look in the eyes of the scientist that said that he had been correct… she had seen a ghost, or at least that had been the only way for her to explain to herself what she had seen earlier on.
