Stardate: 60342.1120
Setting: Cardassian Freighter

Logan sat on the bridge of the Cardassian Freighter, her legs crossed in front of the Captain's chair. She rested her elbows on her knees and placed her head in her hands. She felt lucky that the robots hadn't killed her, too. She took a couple of deep breaths, but then felt herself dematerializing from the bridge.

Stardate: 60342.1121
Setting: USS ANUBIS; Transporter Room 2

Logan dematerialized and materialized into a transporter room. She lifted her head quickly and looked all around her.

"Where the devil--" her question trailed off as she stood up from the transporter pad. She walked down the steps and stood in front of a group of security officers. "Where am Ah?"

"You are on board the USS ANUBIS," the Transporter Room Technician replied. Logan lifted an eyebrow and stepped back. She was slightly skeptical about it, but it was better than being around those dead Cardassians.

"Ah thought Ah wus a dead lassie on that freighter. All the Cardassians were killed by these robots and Ah was lucky enough tae hae hidden from them sae well." Logan tugged at her uniform and took a seat on one of the steps. "By the way, what wus a Starfleet ship doing in Cardassian Space?"

The officers ignored her question as one of them tapped their COMM badge.

"Security to Captain Rikar."

Logan stood up quickly, thinking she was not respecting them by sitting on the floor of a new ship. Out of habit she straightened her uniform.

=/\= Rikar here. =/\=

"Captain, we have the person from the freighter onboard. What should we do with her?"

There was a slight pause.

=/\= Just keep them in the transporter room and as soon as we get into Federation territory I'll be down there. Rikar out. =/\=

Logan looked around the room and started whistling "The Last Resort" by The Eagles, her father's favorite song, to break the silence.
