Setting: USS ANUBIS, Outer Hull, Saucer Section
Stardate: 61037.1100

The sail ship that the limited sensors of the ANUBIS had picked up approaching a while ago had dropped anchor and begun unloading supplies under the watchful eyes of the Hirogen hunter. Fasham had promised that his people would help and so far it seemed that the half fish, half human being had been true to his word.

"Hey Uxtar," the COO called out as he climbed out of the emergency hatch and onto the ship's outer hull, "have you seem my girls? I can't find them anywhere."

"They are on the SEA BREEZE with Roxy," the Hirogen Sec/Tac replied while he pointed to one of the members of the wooden ship.

"Roxy is a… fox!" Elliot cooed as he watched the red-furred woman walk down the boarding ramp followed by his two daughters.

"Your keen powers of observation are truly astonishing," the Hirogen hunter sarcastically said. It was true that Roxy was a half fox, half humanoid woman, but the Sec/Tac knew that the comment made by the COO had been more about the woman's dazzling looks instead of about her biological makeup.

"My what?" Elliot mumbled not having heard a word of what Uxtar had said. Aside from great agility and strength it seemed that Roxy also possessed an unmanning ability to charm Human males.

"Roxy," Uxtar said to the approaching woman, "please allow me to introduce Ensign Elliot Thomas, the father of your two helpers."

"You can be very proud of your girls," the bushy-tailed woman said with a smile, "they are hard workers with a kind and generous heart."

"I am glad to see that they decided to lend you a hand," the COO said with a grin, puzzled to see his daughters helping carry the provisions that had been provided by the crew of the SEA BREEZE.

"You better be careful," Uxtar chuckled as he watched the three women walk away with their loads, "she might find you to her liking, and who knows where that may lead."

"I was expecting the crew of that ship to all be *fishes*," Elliot said after Roxy and his girls vanished down the emergency hatch.

"She is only one of many who came onboard the SEA BREEZE, some of which are stranger than you might have expected," the Sec/Tac replied as he watched a half man, half bird creature float down from the crow's-nest.

=^= Rikar to Ensign Uxtar, how is the transfer of supplies going? =^=

"The last of the boxes are on their way down now," the Hirogen replied after having tapped his comm badge. "The SEA BREEZE will be ready to set out after the BLACK PANTHER soon; the only thing missing will be the second away team."

=^= Perfect, Rikar out. =^=

"I hope that we'll be able to find them before it is too late," the Sec/Tac said referring to the first away team. Since Fasham had proven his word, the warning that he had give about the first team having been in grave danger had made everyone be concerned about the well being of Maya, Pravat, Lea and Susan.

"Well at least we'll be able to provide them with a specific heading thanks to the sensors," Derek said as he joined the other two men on the outer hull. "The BLACK PANTHER was heading in a straight line when it went beyond our range to follow them, so there should be little trouble to finding them."

"I hope so," Uxtar nodded with a sigh.
