Project Description | |||||||||||||||
Young as our group is, we have a strong determination to stand by the side of the young people hailing from the remote villages of India with a sea of dreams and sparks in their eyes to make it to the acme but with hardly any means to keep the spunk alive. We had the idea of starting a group like this at the very onset of Tsunami in South-Eastern Asia that turned a large habitat of people into a graveyard within hours (December 2004). We, being Indians from our heart and by birth, decided to help the people of India who survived the catastrophe but yet to find new homes and ways to live like men. In our first prject, we raised a fund of Rs. 25000 and sent it to the Tsunami Relief Fund of the Ramakrishna Mission. |
