Gloria Elizabeth Gonzalez Pena received her Doctorate of Philosphy in Bilingual Education at A&M-Kingsville on May 7, 2004. Gloria's husband Victor and Isabella were there but I missed getting a photo. Her brother's, Lupe and Javier and sister and brother-in-law are picture with Gloria.
