This is Actual and CONSTRUCTIVE LEGAL NOTICE to all elected, appointed or employed officials including police officers, agents or representatives of the city, county, state and/or federal(national) governments on My Planet corruptly governing My People.  This notice is to give  & to certify as notice to ALL governments & peoples of the perpetual (Eternal) existence of the EmperiaL State of Righteousness known as EmpiRa’EL and on that authority the Human Beings of the planet are calling for an immediate & simultaneous dissolution of the corrupt governments on the continents currently known as: Africa, Australia, South America, the Southern Half of North America & Antarctica as their authority over the people of Truth, Holiness & Righteousness & their resources is because of years of tyranny & corruption hereby neutralized and is of no more effect.

 

The Corrupt Governments are being replaced by the EmperiaL Gov’t of Qi and its political sub-divisions.  The EmperiaL Gov’t of Qi (Alkebulan/Earth) is the Gov’t of Men, Women & Children governed by the Laws, Statutes & Commandments of Truth, Holiness & Righteousness, Love, Peace & Happiness (the Universal & Common Laws) who have accepted the charge (responsibility/authority) to heal the planet & her inhabitants.  The EGQ is equated with the Resurrection of the Ancient & Original World Order (AOWO).  The amount of time as permitted by Law will be given for ALL peoples & governments content on living & advocating a lie, living in a world based on lies (the Ma-Tricks), greed, poverty, jealousy & dis-eases (including war & hate) to handle their final affairs, pack up & move above the ____ parallel of North Amexem or Europe; because after the allotted time has expired … ALL buildings, products & equipment south of the new EmperiaL border that was made by the former gov’t or any of its sub-divisions or corrupt corporation using our labor & other resources and ALL people will be redeemed (seized) from the tyrannical oppression of the laws of the united States Corporation and instead will be subject to the Laws, Statutes & commandments of the EmperiaL Republic of Original (Black) Amexem (America) which are based on the Eternal, Universal & Common Laws of Truth, Holiness & Righteousness, Love, Peace & Happiness & Enforced by the EmperiaL Fleets of The Holy Kingdom of Righteousness (the EmpiRa’EL Fleet).

 

This is an open invitation also to ALL Indigenous Nations & Peoples of the Planet who wish to be free from the monopolistic tyranny of the wicked system that has dominated the globe for the last half century.  We have elected to form an EmperiaL Gov’t (greater authority than Federal and most times international authority) to enforce, legislate & judge our own laws which as proven is the Source of where ALL the other laws currently dominating the globe are derived from.

 

The Land, belonging to The Most High (God) & His Children (the People) & when a gov’t for or of the people becomes corrupt according the Laws Of Truth, Holiness & Righteousness, Love, Peace & Happiness (Our Father), it then becomes the duty of the Children (the People) who love the Father & His Creation to ‘show it’ by separating themselves from (abolishing) corrupt governments & forming new ones if necessary as an alternative to living under a wicked system of tyranny, corruption & terrorism day in & day out (that wouldn’t be giving glory to the Father but rather to ‘other side’.

The Million Man March (M3)

 

 

The Million Man March (M3) was a tremendous occasion, true indeed, but ultimately the M3 need not to be a one day event but a daily event & way of survival (Life) for our newly formed (resurrected) gov’t.  The M3 needs to be a Million Man Army & not just centered around & focused in on D.C. but in several regions both nationally & internationally simultaneously.  This is not to be seen or taken as a threat or act of aggression.  This is to be seen & taken as a means of survival for our newly formed & elected government which has been set up to protect the Way of Life of our People.  Just as the declaration of Independence of the united States of America says ‘when a gov’t becomes corrupt the people have the right to form a new one.’  We are merely enforcing (asserting/claiming/redeeming/standing up for) Our Rights.

 

The Million Family March (MFM) is to be a seat of authority (power) in the sense that the Executive Branch (the enforcers) is the internal gov’t structure representing the united body of children, the Legislature (the law makers, the wisdom of the Original BlackMan, the Word of God, the Original BlackWoman) is the internal gov’t structure of the united body of women{the bride/wife/mother} & the Judicial Branch (the Judge) is The United Original BlackMan (the husbandman/the Father) who collectively (thru the internal gov’t structure)

& transtemporally speaking is the Maker & Owner of the Planet & is the Father of Civilization.  It is already proven that all nations, cultures & most religions have (no matter how corrupt they have become) their origins within the Original (Black) Nation.  We also know that we were here on this planet (& others!) for millions & millions of years before the white nation ever came on the scene. 

 

As the primordial God of this planet, we have certain Rights, abilities, authority & responsibility; and one of these rights is to sit as the Judicial Branch of the EmperiaL Gov’t of Qi (Earth); who better than the Source in determining what is genuine & authentically (truthfully) coming from the Source (hence the saying ‘check the source’).  This being overstood, we must re-cognize the fact that the white nation is one of our sons also.  He is our son who is plagued with the sometimes contagious dis-ease of hatred that causes him to lash out & bring harm to himself & others.  He is sick, and just like any loving parent with a sick child, we want him to be better & will do what we have to do to make him better.  But as far as right NOW, he is on My (Our) Throne(s) (seat(s) of power/authority/rulership) and must be removed before he finish (completely) wrecks the planet (literally)!!!

 

I am (We are) the only One(s) who can (have the authority to) do it, but until recently couldn’t do it because of My (Our) own lacksidaisical & cocky attitude towards Me (MySelf) & My Word (the Law), I(we) became so very ‘lax’ about keeping (living by) our own principles(principals), laws(powers), statutes(virtues) & Commandments(dominions/orders) of Our Thrones (positions) in Our God (Our Gov’t Of Divinity)(mind/spirit of EL Kuluwm) that when one of the last major times when our sick son lashed out, I(we) was(were) caught off guard and in no position to defend ourselves successfully from the onslaught of him lashing out while I(we) was(were) in the middle of a scientific project that when prematurely interrupted by the chaos of his lashing out caused Me(Us) to be incapacitated for approx. 6,000 years while I(we) rejuvenated & healed our multidimensional wounds.

 

I(we) have only recently been strong enough to even contemplate returning to Our Thrones on a serious note to resume Our full duties as God of this planet and we still not back to FULL power yet…but we almost there!

 

We will structure our Gov’t in such a way so as to be able to process each new member desiring citizenship into a full fledged sovereign secured party upon entry into the citizenship of our new(resurrected) transnational country E.R.O.B.A (ee-row-bah) which itself has citizenship in E.R.o.A (EmperiaL Republic of Alkebulan) (ee-row-ah) which is synonymous with A.N.U (Alkebulan Nations United).

 

This processing will be done in a streamlined yet wholistic manner addressing ALL of the new citizens’ needs from the informational(intellectual) to the political(legal) and everything in between to ensure their citizenship as a full fledged sovereign secured party.  The complete process should take no more than 7 months max depending on the individual once the process has been streamlined thru the daily operations of our own State Department & its’ subsidiaries (committees, sub-committees & other teams & units).  EROBA is to be structured to provide for at least a 4 Million Man Army (protection & defense forces) & a roughly 3 Million Man governmental staff (administrative).  The remaining citizens will participate thru our entrepreneurial development based economy & edification (school) system. 

 

Minimum wage in EROBA is $7 King Notes ($12 US Dollars) per hour.  After a 7 year period of ‘isolation’ from the rest of the world to focus on our own domestic issues (of course we will still conduct normal international trade), we should be able to start shrinking our gov’t down to the point of after 7 cycles of 7 years coupled with our moral & technological advancements (development) that we will only require about 144,000 gov’t positions to be filled & the rest of our citizens will be able to chose to either sit back, relax, chill, enjoy life giving glory to the Father thru the pursuit of enlightenment to further beautify our nations & planet(s) or the adventurous ones (risk takers) amongst us, continue to participate in the int’l world of entrepreneurship & business.  No other ‘work’ will be required of our citizens at this point besides the fact that at least 70% of our citizens need to be able to fill at least 7 different gov’t positions in need be.  The citizenry will alternate filling the 144,000 positions in a mathematically proportionate way.  Other than that there will be no ‘work’ requirement only worship & glorification of the Father & His Creation thru agreeableness, fun & relaxation (enjoyment & beautification of what the Father has provided for us)!  (This is our new form of ‘money’ at this point!)
