We are constantly looking for people that inspire us, do what we think can’t be done, show us that things aren’t that bad, give us a model worthy of emulation, and triumph in the face of adversity. Nowadays, we are constantly barraged by negative sentiments – rising prices, mounting problems, a growing debt problem, and an unfavourable public image. Many are resigned that things are not going to get any better and feel helpless. The feeling of helplessness breeds inaction, and nothing does get better. It is a vicious cycle. The larger crisis, however, is a crisis in confidence. There are those who will complain endlessly about how bad things are and do nothing but complain. However, there are those who, knowing that the odds are stacked against them, push on and succeed.. There are people who have dreams and go out and turn those dreams into a reality. These are the people who are not satisfied with the status quo and look for a better way of doing things.

This is a log of a serious call between a technical support person and a Customer.

The customer had asked to be called back after 5pm to sort out his PC problem.. Now the customer works in environmental health and was at work when he strangely recieved a call at 12pm while he was still at work. "Cameron" was the advisor trying to help the Customer calling from india.

Cameron: "Hello sir I am calling to help you fix your PC"

Customer: "You've called at the wrong time again, i'm at work at the moment - i'm actually stood in a pond"

Cameron: "Ok sir, if you click onto the start menu"

Customer: "I can't - I'm not at my computer and like I said i'm working at the moment"

Cameron: "Ok sorry sir, It's at the bottom left side of your computer"

Customer: "Yes I know where it is but im not at home! i'm in a pond!"

Cameron: "Are you near the PC at the moment sir?"

Customer: "CAMERON... I'm in a pond."

Cameron: "OK Sir. You need to make sure your at your PC when we call you"

Well I have just bought some new speakers from PC World for £45 so now when i'm listening to Rob Zombie & Staind I can turn the Bass up and watch my neighbours suffer :)

Last night was very interesting for me to say the least.. Put it this way, the "stop smoking" thing doesn't count for joints too does it? :/

Soldier and I have now sent all our mages red and have been wreaking havoc - So in the unlikely event that you manage to kill me (or COP) then just remember we're in statloss, you bastards. :P

Firstly I'm just going to say the forums are up and running now and we have a screenshot/video section so hit the "go to.." link at top and get posting your screenshots! The best ones will be uploaded to the site.

Well it's a nice sunny day for a new month, my head still hurts from a hangover but it was a decent night out so nevermind..

I decided to quit smoking altogether today, you see what it is I don't usually smoke at all unless i'm out having a drink, but last night I went through a full packet of cigs and this morning my mouth tasted like someone had taken a dump in it so I figured if I'm only going to smoke when I go out then why bother? Disgusting habit!
