Appearance:	Rukos' body is his temple. He takes very good care of himself, eating well and exercising often. Consequently, his brilliantly copper-scaled body is fit and lean. His hands consist of the first two fingers and thumb on either arm, the last two become elongated and form the tines of his wings. Lacking a beak (though some say he has a rather beak-like nose), his face is far more humanoid than the rest of his body.
Personality:	No one would have pegged Rukos for a teacher, from seeing his ever-scowling face and complete dislike of anything... everything, really. But he lectures his students at a local college with such fiery vehemence that one finds themselves almost immediately entranced. Surely this must be a force greater than the man speaking the words... and indeed, it is. Rukos uses his bonds charismatic aura ability to entrance his students. He could be in front of the class arguing the benefits of dragon dung as a dietary supplement and they would still be hung on every word. Without the help of his bond, Rukos is extremely arrogant and inconsiderate of others around him.

Personality:	The fact that Rukos uses his abilities for his own personal gain is of no concern to Vager. He's rather laid-back about the whole thing, preforming his trick with a sigh and an eyeroll, but no more complaint than that. He rarely speaks, too used to Rukos' loud and annoying speeches about his opinion on this issue or that. As long as all Rukos uses his ability for is keeping a couple freshmen in awe for an hour every day, he sees no harm in it. Though he does have one requirement for assisting his bond. At least one lesson has to be on preservation of natural environments and endangered species of all worlds. Vagerinai even teaches this subject himself, such is his rarely focused passion for it.
