Personality:	Kammy is a bully, of a sort. She's too lazy to actually get up and chase after, beat up, or otherwise physically harass people, but she does like to shout insults and threats while lounging. She has no manners or couth whatsoever and doesn't mind doing things in public most civilized beings wouldn't. Flaws aside, she has a softer side when it comes to flitters, though only ones that can stand up for themselves and do her physical labor for her.

Their attention wanes with her own, so they'll stick to whatever unlucky soul Kammy inflicts them on until sent off on a new mission of malice. Sometimes they linger for days if Kammy particularly wishes to cause an extraordinarily large amount of annoyance and pain.
