Personality:	Mahjah fancies herself to be an all-powerful evil genius and forces poor Owel to be her sidekick. She enacts "nefarious" plots on her fellow whorlings and the rest of the weyr population, only to never have them come to fruition as she get's bored or foiled by another of her fellows. It seems she is content just to plot and never really act, which may be a blessing for the weyr.	Poor Owel, forced into accompanying Mahjah on her "sinister" plots to do... something. He'd rather stay inside with a nice bowl of chips, and comfy couch and a good tv show or book. Though it seems unwarranted, Owel does like Mahjah. He just wishes she'd turn her plotting interests onto something more... constructive.
