Personality:	Snowhisper is a perfect example of the trickster figure commonly found in mythology. He has attached himself to a very small, out of the way village located very far into the Snowy Wastes who have only seen the occasional "normal"-looking dragon and only when they are flying over, high in the sky. When Snowhisper happened across this little town, mostly ignorant of dragonkind, he knew it was the perfect place to work his magics. They believe he is some kind of benevolent, though mischievous, spirit who watches over their village.
