| Saturday 19th Today I got a mobile phone I wasnft going to get one but I decided I really needed it if I wanted to do anything on the weekend with my school friends. I also went shopping with my host mum and little sister and got some photos developed. Sunday 20th Today I spent most of my time typing up this diary to put on my home page. Monday 21st School like normal. After school had Kyudo it was good fun, but really really windy so we had to finish a little early but I still got home at the same time. Tuesday 22nd Today I had dance at school and home economics and some other classes that I didnft understand. After school I did Japanese Calligraphy as a school club, I really enjoy doing it. Wednesday 23rd School again it was ok but Wednesdays are a bit boring. After school I went home early to go to a small festival near my house called omasuri it was lots of fun. Thursdays 24th School went really fast today. Today I had Japanese Calligraphy but I took an earlier bus home I had another Japanese Calligraphy class once I got home. It was good I am slowly improving. Friday 25th Today school went even faster probably because I had double art, which I loved. After school I decided not to go to kyudo I think most of the students did because it was cold and had been raining. Saturday 26th Today I went to Tokyo with Deonne. We went to a school festival of one of the outbound exchange students. A few other inbound and outbound students were there too. At the festival we went in a haunted house and had our fortunes told which was pretty strange considering we couldnft understand what they were saying. It was a great fun after we had tea together and then headed home it was a great day. Sunday 27th Today my host family took me to Nikko a famous place in Japan. We saw beautiful temples, some amazing waterfalls and a lot of Monkeys. One of the waterfalls we saw was formed by a volcano and very interesting. After that we went to an Onset, had tea and then headed home. Monday 28th School again but I have the day off tomorrow so it was ok. Tuesday 29th No school public holiday. Today I went shopping with my host sisters and mum. It was a great day out. Wednesday 30th School bit boring today really. After school I went out with some school friends to take Purikura and go shopping together it was great. |
