Installation: DIY Alky Injection
LEFT: This is where the positive wire from the pump goes to the back of the alternator.  As you can see, it is also fused here.  I am using a 15amp mini fuse in both locations.  The wire is loomed and run right next to the wire that goes to my fuel pump hotwire.  As I stated earlier, it then runs along the firewall to the battery area and plugs directly into the pump.
RIGHT: OOHHH, WHATS THAT!?  Yes, this is the fun part.  After the system was mounted and wired, I got to install the NOS jet in the up-pipe.  I used a steel braided NOS line from the outlet of the pump to the NOS nozzle (blue) to inject the alcohol.  I put a 4ft section of I think 3/8" hose around the braided line to prevent it from grounding and turning on the pump.  I used brakeclean to remove all the ugly white lettering on it.  The nozzle is spraying into the air stream (or down towards the intercooler).
LEFT: This is a picture of how I ran the pressure line from the pump.  Its kind of hard to see.  I used an insulated clamp mounted to the middle shroud bolt of the stock intercooler to hold the line in place.  It goes down, and is ziptied to the electric fan frame, and runs along the bottom of the core support to the outlet of the pump.  I wanted to hide it a little better, but I only had 4ft of line.  I showed it to one of my friends, and he didnt even notice it was there until I pointed it out, so maybe its not as noticable as I thought?
RIGHT: Here is a better picture of where the pressure line is ran from the up-pipe to the pump.  Of course I used good ol' zipties to secure it.  I havent had any problems yet.  By the way, you dont realize how dirty things are until they are shown by the flash of a digital camera.  Yikes, gotta clean that fan and intercooler shroud!
