General Information about Liesel Last Updated on October 28, 2002 Name: Liesel Anne Ison Breed: Miniature Dachshund Coat: Red, smooth Birth date: April 23, 2001, Liesel turned one!!!!!!!!!! She's a big girl now! Favorite things: When someone comes home, walks, paper, chewing, and sleeping. Wieght: Unknown (at the time, lol, updates soon, hopefully) Length: 29.5 inches long from the tip of the nose to the tip of her tail. 13.5 inches long from shoulder to buttox where the tail starts. Height: 10 inches from the front paw to her front shoulder. |

| Liesel's Story Leisel is the first Dachshund I have had since I was 5 years old. When we first got her she was so tiny. She was the same size as the Beanie Baby dachshund and that's no exaggeration. She had been under fed and had fleas. Of course we took care of that right away, but then something terrible happened. On October 12, 2001 Liesel had an accident. She was hit on the head with a heavy box and suffered some major head trauma and maybe even swelling in the brain. Since then she has recovered completely and is now a happy, hyper puppy. Just like every Doxie should be. |
