"The First Yearbook Faculty Pictures"

The purchase of the 14 acre school site was approved on July 30, 1955, and was situated on Rockway Avenue & North First Street. Until the High School was built, students from Deer Park would graduate from the town of Babylon. On January 21, 1962 the Deer Park High School was dedicated. The Deer Park High School Varsity Football team played it's first game at the High School on October 12, 1963 (and lost to Central Islip 33-6).
