NLT- New Living Testament Bible (John 14:6 NLT) Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me." |
You're about to make the best and most valuable decision of your life. HOW? |
God Loves you!And speaks of how to go to heaven! It's your choice ... a free decision! (John 3:16 NLT) "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:17 NLT) God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it. |
#1 BE WILLING TO RECONIZE YOUR A SINNER. (Rom 3:23 NLT) For all have sinned; all fall short of God's glorious standard. #2 BE WILLING TO TURN FROM SIN (REPENT-seek forgiveness) (Acts 17:30 NKJV) "Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, |
#3 BELIEVE by Faith (Rom 10:9 NLT) For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Rom 10:10 NLT) For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. |
#4 THROUGH PRAYER, INVITE JESUS INTO YOUR LIFE TO BECOME YOUR PERSONAL SAVIOR. (Rom 10:13 NLT) For "Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." |
#5 WHAT TO PRAY Dear God, I believe with all my heart that Jesus shed His precious blood on calvary, died, and was raised into heaven for my sins. I repent of my sin and ask Jesus to come into my heart. I receive Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I'm a Christian from this moment on. I'm a believer and I ask that my name be placed in the Lamb's book of Life. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen. |
Why Do I pray In Jesus Name? (John 14:13 NLT) You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, because the work of the Son brings glory to the Father. |
What is the Book of Life? (Rev 13:8 NLT) And all the people who belong to this world worshiped the beast. They are the ones whose names were not written in the Book of Life, which belongs to the Lamb who was killed before the world was made. (Rev 13:9 NLT) Anyone who is willing to hear should listen and understand. |
What do I do now? |
#1. Read your Bible every day to get to know Jesus Christ better. Just as our human body requires food so does our spiritual body. You may have heard about Jesus ... now learn about Him, so you know Him personally and develope your relationship with your Loving Heavenly Father.. (1 Pet 2:2 NLT) You must crave pure spiritual milk so that you can grow into the fullness of your salvation. Cry out for this nourishment as a baby cries for milk, (1 Pet 2:3 NLT) now that you have had a taste of the Lord's kindness. |
#2.Talk to God in prayer everyday. He will never leave you. (Heb 13:5 NKJV) Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Heb 13:6 NKJV) So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" |
Know the angels in heaven are rejoicing over your decision. (Luke 15:6 NLT) When you arrived, you would call together your friends and neighbors to rejoice with you because your lost sheep was found. (Luke 15:7 NLT) In the same way, heaven will be happier over one lost sinner who returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven't strayed away! |
#3 Worship, fellowship, and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached and the Bible is the final authority. Refer to bottom of page for resources. (Heb 10:25 NLT) And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage and warn each other, especially now that the day of his coming back again is drawing near. |
A Fresh Beginning! (2 Cor 5:17 NLT) What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone. A new life has begun! (2 Cor 5:18 NLT) All this newness of life is from God, who brought us back to himself through what Christ did. And God has given us the task of reconciling people to him. |
