Welcome to the Pern Roleplayers Netring. This ring has been created to unite Fandom, and has been approved. I encourage all clubs to join up, and make a simple path to follow for any who wish to join. Take note that all Clubs submitted will be checked for conformity to Anne McCaffrey's Rules, must be APPROVED.

Rules for clubs joining Pern Roleplayers
Thanks to recent changes to Pern fandom, almost all of the restrictions that used to hold Pern clubs have been lifted. As a result, while clubs must still be approved, there are almost no restrictions. Visit Anne's site to read the updated guidelines for Pern Fandom and fanfiction.
- Sites no longer must be approved, but it is strongly encouraged. For more info on getting an Anne Approve site, visit Anne's site and click on "FAQ".
- You must have the ring code ON THE PAGE YOU SUBMIT. I will not go digging through your site to find the code.
- Your site must be Pern-related. And I mean devoted to Pern. A passing mention about your clubs or characters won't cut it.
ALRIGHT. Still want to join the webring? Good.
1st Step: Submit your site. Pretty simple. Your URL, Description, all that jazz. You'll find the submit form below. Please make sure the site you submit is where the actual location of the ring code is going to be. Don't submit your main page if that's not where the code is. Otherwise, the ring's code checker will NOT recognize that you have code, and you will be removed from the queue just as if you had never place the code on your page.
2nd Step: Download and save this image to YOUR site's files. If you don't, you will wind up with an ugly broken image on your page. Geocities doesn't allow remote linking anymore, otherwise I wouldn't care. To save it, just right click==> choose save image as (or save picture as) ==> and save the image to your computer. You'll then have to add it to your web site's files. Can't tell you how to do that, since every hosting service is different.
3rd Step: Add the HTML to your site. This will be sent to you in an email, already customized for you. Make sure you put the code on the page URL you just provided. If I don't get to you right away, I apologize...real life intrudes on occasion. I approve sites as quickly as I can.
4th Step: Wait for your confirmation letter. You won't be added until your site has been reviewed and the ring's code is ON THE PAGE YOU SUBMITTED. If its not, it will be removed from the queue. Don't worry, you do have 14 days. Just please, go ahead and put it on there, okay? If you wait until day 13, you won't remember to do it.
