| Fae, the elf Keeper, opens a large gateway, and lets you enter. You gasp as a blast of scorching hot air hits you. Fae gently takes your arm and pulls you through the gateway, and into the hot realm. Fae lets your arm go, and heads back twords the gateway. You look around at Fae's call of goodbye, and watch as she closes the gateway, leaving you in the dry, hot place. You look around, taking in your surroundings. The ground in cracked and dry, bare of all life except for a few brown weeds. A hot wind blows around you, making your face and hands tingle with heat. A large ring of mountains streches out before you, their tall peeks blocking your view from whatever resides in the center of them. A small path, uneaven and broken becuause of disuse, snakes it's way up the sloping ground twords the mountains. You are just getting ready to start following the path, when a voice calls out to you. You turn around to see a youthful girl standing before you. She had aproached you without you hearing a sound. The girl is dressed in a long red dress with black trim. Her hair is almost the same shade of red as her dress. Her eyes are a deep emerald green. "Hello." She says in a friendly voice. "Who are you?" You state your name, and the girl nods. "I am called Rose. Deborah, the dragon's bondmate, gave me the job of Keeper and Guardian of the dragon while she is gone." You ask what dragon is living here. "Oh! Well, living here is a very special Blood Chrome dragon. He is a extreamly rare dragon, and there are probley only about 10 or 15 of his kind in all of the land. His name is Chaos." Rose pauses, then smiles at you. "Would you like to meet him?" You nod eagerly, and Rose smiles at you again. "Good! Well, then just follow me, and I will take you to him." With that, Rose starts up the winding path, and you find yourself troting after her, trying to keep up, even though she is in a dress. |

| As you make your way along the rocky path, the ring of mountains grows nearer. After about fiften minuets, you reach the area where two mountains lie next to each other, creating a small gap to walk through. Rose slides though the narrow pass, and you hurry after her. After a few minuets of walking along the pass, it opens up into the heart of the ring of mountains. The opening in the cener of the mountains is a fair size, more than enough to hold a few dragons. In the middle of the clearing sits a large male dragon. As you aproach him, you can see his patterns and colors better. He is a rich shade of red all over, with lighter shades for the underbelly, horns, and face. Along the length of his body are dark blue stripes. As he moves, his whole body shimmers with a silver color. You now understand why his kind are called the Blood Chrome, and why they are so rare. He stands as Rose and you aproach. "Hello Rose." he says with a nod to his Keeper, and then to you, "Welcome human, to my home. My name is Chaos." you tell him your name, and then, on impulse, how handsome he is. The dragon laughes. "Why thank you. I'm flattered." he says with a smile. "Would you like me to show you around my home?" You nod eagerly, and his smile grows. "Good, then follow me...." |
