| You walk slowly through the huge feild. All you can see is waving grass and rolling hills, not a single tree. You vagly wonder how you got here and remember something about a dream, but that seems unimportant, and you disregard the though. You watch the grass wave back and forth, back and forth, by the wind, and become mesmorized by it, as if under a spell. You are broken away from the surreal state by a noise. You look up to find a young girl walking towards you. As she approaches, you realize that she isn't human at all, but an elf. The elf has long blue hair with dark green streeks in it. Her eyes are the same sky blue as her hair. Her forest outfit consists of a green shirt, a dark grey over jacket, dark green pants, and a sort of half skirt out of dark grey. A black leather belt is secured around her waist, holding a knife. She approaches you smiling. "Welcome, stranger! My name is Fae, and welcome to the Forest!" You look around the vast spralling field, and then turn a questioning eye to elf. She smiles and laughs like it is some big joke. "Don't you worry. I'm not crazy. There really is a Forest. But you will never find it without my help." She leans in closer to you, as if to tell you a secreat. "Magic is cloaking the Forest. It's for the inhabitent's protection, but mostly just for yours." You swallow nevously, wondering what could be living in this Forest that is dangorous. "Well then, stand still, I have to make sure your all right to go on through." You comply, wondering what Fae means. Fae passes a hand over your head and torso, and as she does you feel a tingle, and goosebumps rise on your arms. The tingling in gone in a few moments. Fae nods, seemingly pleased. "Good, you pass. Now, let me just get out my lists, and then you can be on your way." She fumbles around in her coat, then pulls out two rolled up scroles. She hands them to you. "Now, the bigger one is the list of all the dragons that live here." Dragons! Your mind gasps, but Fae keeps on going. "And the smaller one is the list of all none-dragon creatures living in the Forest. Both lists are organized very particularly. The name of the dragon or other creature is listed first, and then on the next line where it is from. Any listings with a * next to them on either side mean that the creature has been applied for, but not yet adopted. Most of the places we have adopted from have, sadly, closed down. Stars next to the agency's name means that it is closed, or we do not know the agency's status. It is most likely that we will not be adopting from anywhere but the Bishen Realm from now on. Any dragon listed in black is from the Bishen Realm, and will be updated regularly. Oh! Also, you can read the update scroll if you wish. Now, go ahead and pick out one of the names on either of the lists, and I'll take you there." You nod, and unroll the lists to view your choices... |
