why do we do what we do ?
We have a great and serious Interest in the Paranormal and have found that there were not enough Groups in the Scott County Area ... I am personally only familiar with one in Southern Indiana, although there are many in the State.
This Dilemma and the Thirst for the Unexplainable has brought us together and GHOST was "officially" formed on August 24th, 2005.
What we do is visit known Sites in the Southern Indiana Area that have been reported or are suspected to haunted. We neither try to approve nor disapprove the Stories or Accounts behind these Places, but go in with an open Mind and go by what we hear, feel, see, smell and capture on Equipment.
What we don't do is hold Seances or use Ouiji Boards to attract Spirits, so ... if you are interested in those Type of Things, this is not the Group for you.
Do you have any Experience in this Field ... are you Professionals ?
Professional Experiences no ... Individual Experiences YES !
Each of us has had some Type of Paranormal Experiences that has led us to this Point of further Investigations.

At this Time we are discussing a Membership Fee of $10 - $20 per Year, which will be used to help fund Trips to Locations (Gas, Refreshments, Batteries, etc) - Gatherings and Events (Refreshments, Materials, etc) and possible Equipment Purchases for the Group.
There are 3 Ways to be a Member of our Group :
VIP ... as a VIP you would partake in all Outings and are active in collecting Data
Student ... as a Student you would partake in selective Outings and are active in collecting Data
Watcher ... Watchers are those that are interested in learning about these Types of Phenomenons, but either cannot or don't want to actively participate in Outings
