04/30/02 - Wow, this year has been fantastic so far. And April, well it’s been down right unbelievable! I’m breathless. I’ve hardly had time to reflect. Let’s see ... There was that delightful day trip to San Francisco. And, then there was the weekend in Santa Cruz. The month included plenty of wineing and dineing. And, one surprise after the other. Yeah, I’m totally breathless. This Heart Of Mine Not knowing love for so long a time Was oh so hard on this heart of mine When into my life you suddenly came Bringing the sunshine, replacing the rain You hold me close and give kisses like wine Gently touching this heart of mine In being my friend, you’ve made me smile Doing these both with your own special style Giving your love and making it rhyme Has started to mend this heart of mine When in the night, should I wake I love to feel each breath you take So stay with me, until the end of my time And I will gladly surrender this heart of mine The New Guy (JH) 04/02 How fitting is that ...
